Kellogg Middle School registration information

Registration for the 2018-19 school year will be held on Thursday, Aug. 23. This registration is for all new and returning sixth through eighth grade students.

Please bring a copy of your updated shot records to registration. Students who do not have their immunization records up to date will not be allowed to pick up their schedules. All incoming seventh-graders are reminded that they are required to show proof of receiving their TDAP booster and meningococcal immunizations. Heritage Health will be present at registration on Thursday to administer needed immunizations.

Students will be able to sign up for fall sports and purchase any of the items listed below during the registration day.

The activity card and transportation fee are required for students participating in athletics, Lego League and History Day. The yearbook fee is optional.

- Yearbook — $20

- Activity Card — $15
