THURSDAY, AUG. 16

- Paul Jayson Bernhardt, 39, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear. Bernhardt has since been released.

- Michelle Rebecca Pierce, 45, of Wallace, Idaho, was arrested possession of a schedule II controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 3 ounces of marijuana.

- Robert Leslie Harwell, 45, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for trespassing and obstructing or resisting an officer. Harwell has since been released.

- Mirage Wade, 21, of Minneapolis, Minn., was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (cocaine).

- Arlon William Young, 30, of Minneapolis, Minn., was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (cocaine).

FRIDAY, AUG. 17

- Richard John Martello, 60, of Fossil, Ore., was arrested for drug trafficking in heroin, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of less than 3 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.

SATURDAY, AUG. 18

- Steven Eugene Manning, 60, of Selah, Wash., was arrested for driving under the influence (out of state, felony) and driving recklessly.

SUNDAY, AUG. 19

- Victor Ray Aleen Hill, 24, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of less than 3 ounces of marijuana and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use.

- Kyle Wesley Humphrey, 33, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for aggravated assault.

- Michael Douglas Pagh, 29, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for aggravated battery.

- Misty Dawn Perkins, 30, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for battery.

- Amber Marie Yorkpankratz, 36, was arrested for use or possession of use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of less than 3 ounces of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
