Coeur d'Alene Trust Call for Contractor Qualification The Coeur d'Alene Trust was established to coordinate the investigation, design, and implementation of remedies for environmental impacts associated with former mines, mills, and tailings piles in the Coeur d'Alene River Basin. The Trust is soliciting qualifications from Construction Contractors to perform the Interstate Millsite Remedial Action Construction Project in the East Fork Ninemile Creek Basin within the Upper Basin of the Bunker Hill Mining and Metallurgical Complex Superfund Site. The type of work includes such items as excavating and hauling mine waste, completing earthwork activities, reconstructing streams, managing storm water, and completing revegetation. NOTIFICATION OF RIGHTS AND NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE For elementary and secondary schools - SY 2018/2019 In Accordance With the Family Rights and Privacy Act: as amended 1997 The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords parents and students over 18 years of age ("eligible students") certain rights with respect to the student's education records.
