THURSDAY, AUG. 23

- Jesse Mario Garcia, 33, of Wallace, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear. Garcia has since been released.

- Nicholas James Mauri, 27, of Cave Junction, Ore. was arrested for possession of greater than three ounces of marijuana, being a fugitive from justice and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

- Nicholas Joseph Richardson, 25, of Billings, Mont. was arrested for being a fugitive from justice.

FRIDAY, AUG. 24

- Ashlie Rae Eby, 33 of Osburn, Idaho was arrested for trespassing.

- Shawn Christopher Gilman, 51, of Smelterville, Idaho was arrested for a felony probation violation.

- Melinda Ann Hulstrom, 56, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for driving under the influence.

- Brandon Timothy Speckman, 33, of Kingston, Idaho was arrested for three counts of failing to appear (one felony).

SATURDAY, AUG. 25

- Lance Larue Martin, 36, of Talala, Okla. was arrested for disorderly conduct.

- Taylor William Bircher, 23, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Bircher has since been released.

- Adrian James Brisbois, 23, of Wardner, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear.

- Alan Merritt Carroll, 35, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear. Carroll has since been released.

SUNDAY, AUG. 26

- Taylor Joanne Hasson, 26, of Redman, Wash. was arrested for being a fugitive from justice.

- Brock Duane Rainey, 46, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear.

- Adrian Lee Ramirez, 27, of Spokane, Wash. was arrested for violating a protection order and failing to appear.

- Daniel Michael Schultz, 34, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for a felony probation violation.
