Coeur d'Alene Trust Call for Contractor Qualification The Coeur d'Alene Trust was established to coordinate the investigation, design, and implementation of remedies for environmental impacts associated with former mines, mills, and tailings piles in the Coeur d'Alene River Basin. The Trust is soliciting qualifications from Construction Contractors to perform the Interstate Millsite Remedial Action Construction Project in the East Fork Ninemile Creek Basin within the Upper Basin of the Bunker Hill Mining and Metallurgical Complex Superfund Site. The type of work includes such items as excavating and hauling mine waste, completing earthwork activities, reconstructing streams, managing storm water, and completing revegetation.
