•Stolen Truck reported. 2001 Toyota tundra dark green plate # 2tay297. Taken Jan. 18, 2018. Entered into NCIC.

•Called to suspicious person wearing a mask and standing at the ATM machine. Subject was checking his account balance (It was cold out). Cleared unfounded.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Business Check at Eddie Joe’s, Morning Star Lodge, Fair Bridge Inn, Cameron Conoco.

•T-stop on road alongside I90 between Hill St. and Division for no headlights. Cleared verbal.

•T-stop on 1000 block of McKinley for no lights on after dark. Cleared verbal.

•Landline request for a missing person. After gathering some more information, i entered missing person into NCIC. Cleared report taken.

•Asked to assist county with verbal domestic in progress at the Matthew Loop apartments. Cleared other agency assist.

•Dispatch to 100 block W Mullan for unwanted subject. Upon arrival male subject had left on foot. I went to look for male subject while K76 stayed at the residence to get more information on the situation. RP advised there was a Battery on male juvenile. While looking for male subject, he had returned to the residence and K76 placed him under arrest. Call was turned over to K76. Cleared agency assist.

•Unlawful entry at 300 block of W Mullan. Upon arrival and after speaking with the RP he was HIGHLY intoxicated and hadn’t remembered that he knocked everything down in the house while he was stumbling around. Cleared unfounded.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Foot patrol on Mission, Mullan and Riverside.

•Dealt with a parking complaint on McKinley Ave in a handicap spot.

•Patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Taser training. K74 conducted class at the SCSO for all Valley agencies. K72 and K75 now know what it feels like to be tazed. Due to their screams, I don’t think they liked it much.

•Animal complaint on 100 block of W Riverside. Dog was no longer at the residence upon my arrival.

•Finished reports.

•Call to 100 block of E Portland for people in the laundry room who don’t live at the residence. They were using the laundry room with permission from friends. Cleared public assist.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Assisted county with fight in progress in Osburn as soon as I checked into service. Cleared other agency assist.

•Parking citations issued parked at yellow curb.

•Report of a fight in progress in front of the Amy Lynn’s. Unable to locate.

•Jealous of 1221’s new ride.

•Assisted County with a domestic in Smelterville. Cleared other agency assist.

•Dispatched to a Mal. Injury to property at the old panhandle building on W. Riverside. Report was taken.

•Conducted welfare check on Cameron Ave. All code 4.

•Patrol of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Dispatched to 300 block W Cameron for female wanting to report an incident. Upon arrival she wanted to report an assault. Cleared report taken.

•Landline request regarding out of control juvenile. Parent just wanted me to stop by and speak with her granddaughter. Gave the granddaughter some life lessons and parted ways. Cleared public assist.

•Dispatched to 400 block Main St., Wardner for individual driving snowmobile on roads without lights or license plates. Found snowmobile and driver. Verbal warning.

•Dispatched to 400 block of Bunker Ave. for child custody questions. Cleared public assist.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Motorist assist in front of Casa De Oro.

•Assisted 1215 with a warrant-cleared other agency assist.

•Extra patrol on West Riverside.

•Extra Patrol on E. Idaho.

•Bar checks at Dirty Ernie’s and Noah’s.

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner- including all alleys and emphasis on residential areas.

•Evidence/report updates.

•Lost cell phone/theft at Dave Smith Motors. Made contact with the person that has the phone and arrangements have been made to drop the phone off at Spokane Police Department. They were advised if this is not done and/or the phone is damaged, then charges will be requested as they were refusing to mail the phone back and were already out of state in regards to driving it back. I will follow-up with this upon return to see if charges will be filed. *Update Phone was returned* Report taken.

•Patrol of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic stop on Hill St. into Avista parking lot for no tail lights. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop on 300 block McKinley Ave. for 1 non-working headlight. Male passenger had FTA warrant. Cleared verbal for driver and arrest for passenger.

•Traffic stop on the on ramp to I90 on 49 for speeding. Cleared verbal.

•Dispatched to 400 block Bunker Ave., for physical domestic in progress. Ended arresting male subject for attempted strangulation and felony domestic battery with traumatic injury. Cleared arrest.

•Suspicious circumstances 500 block of W. Mullan. Contacted subject that turned over possible paraphernalia. It was disposed of in sharps container. Public assist.

•Called to Mountain Valley Care and Rehab for a prowler peaking into vehicles. Subject(s) were gone upon my arrival. I patrolled the following area and still was unable to locate. Extra patrol through the area during the remainder of the shift.

•Citizen contact at SVT car wash. Cleared NAT.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Theft Report taken at Silver Mt. Ex-employee decided to taken some stuff with him when he left. Report taken.

•Hit and run on McKinley Ave. Cleared report taken. Found suspect, vehicle citations issued.

•Dispatched to a burglary in progress. K75 and K73 responded along with Pinehurst and County units. After we arrived, units found out that it was a family member not a burglar. Cleared unfounded. It was good to see the new Pinehurst deputy back in uniform.

•Hit and run crash on I-90. Black Toyota Celica crashed at mile post 50 and then drove car to the Gondolier and parked it. A worker for SMC reported the car, as it was still steaming from the crash. K74 and K73 arrived with no one around the vehicle. They checked the surrounding area and K75 located the possible driver at McDonald’s, but she lied and a male who was with her also lied and told K75 they were not part of the crash. After they had left, dispatch was able to text a photo of the registered owner of the car and it was said female from McDonalds. Took report. Charges for both female and male will be filed.

•Citizen contact in Silver Mt. parking lot. Cleared NAT.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Participated in a lock down drill at the middle school.

•Parking tickets issued. Parked at yellow curb and parked wrong way at curb.
