NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING KELLOGG MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENTS (AREA OF CITY IMPACT) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kellogg Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday February 26, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. at Kellogg City Hall, 1007 McKinley, and Kellogg Idaho 83837. The purpose of the hearing is to review proposed amendments to the Kellogg Municipal Code and provide a recommendation to the Kellogg City Council. The amendments to the Kellogg municipal code include repeal of Title 1, Chapter 14, Area of City Impact of the Kellogg Municipal Code and replace it with a new Area of City Impact ordinance to be placed in Title 11, Land Use Regulations. The effect of these amendments would be to provide a new Area of City Impact Agreement with Shoshone County, further implement goals and policies of the Kellogg comprehensive plan, and reorganize regulations. All persons desiring to be heard should appear. Written testimony or comments may be sent to City of Kellogg, Attention Planning Department, 1007 McKinley, Kellogg ID 83837. SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 302 The city of Wardner, Shoshone County, Idaho, hereby gives notice of the adoption of Wardner Ordinance No. 302, an ordinance of the City of Wardner, Idaho, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, repealing Ordinance 298; readopting the 2012 version of the International Residential Code as adopted by the state; adopting the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code as adopted by the state; readopting the 2012 version of the International Property Maintenance Code as adopted by the state; adopting the 2015 International Building Code; adopting the 2015 International Existing Building Code; readopting the Idaho Manufactured Home Installation Standard (IMHIS); readopting the American National Standard ICC/ANSI A117.1; readopting specific minimum standards; establishing the basis for construction valuations and set fees by Resolution; providing severability; providing repeal of all other conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date of January 1, 2018.
