NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING KELLOGG MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENTS (AREA OF CITY IMPACT) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kellogg Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday February 26, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. at Kellogg City Hall, 1007 McKinley, and Kellogg Idaho 83837. The purpose of the hearing is to review proposed amendments to the Kellogg Municipal Code and provide a recommendation to the Kellogg City Council. The amendments to the Kellogg municipal code include repeal of Title 1, Chapter 14, Area of City Impact of the Kellogg Municipal Code and replace it with a new Area of City Impact ordinance to be placed in Title 11, Land Use Regulations. The effect of these amendments would be to provide a new Area of City Impact Agreement with Shoshone County, further implement goals and policies of the Kellogg comprehensive plan, and reorganize regulations.
