NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE - To be sold for cash at a Trustee's Sale on June 13, 2018, 10:00 AM at the Shoshone County Courthouse, 717 Bank St., Wallace, ID 83873, the following described real property situated in Shoshone County, State of Idaho ("Real Property"): Lot 9, Fairway Heights Second Addition, according to the Official Plat thereof, filed in Official Records of Shoshone County, Idaho.
