Free Seeds in the Backyard program at the Pinehurst Library at 2 p.m. Hands-on session about growing and saving seeds. Participants will learn how to grow their own “Landrace variety,” which vegetables are easy to grow for seed and how to save wet seeds. Presented by local author and gardening expert, Lisa Taylor.

Community CPR class from 6-7 p.m. at the Shoshone County Fire District No. 1 building, 921 E. Mullan, Osburn. All ages are welcome to learn the basics of the life saving skill in CPR. This is information and is not a certification class.
St. Joe Ranger District Brebner Flat Project open house from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the federal building (Room G-01/05), 222 7th St, St. Maries. The meeting will allow the public to learn and ask questions about the proposed project. The public comment period is currently open through March 5, 2018.
