Shirley Ann Frank, 70

| January 2, 2018 5:12 PM

Shirley Ann Frank, 70, of Osburn, Idaho, passed away December 28, 2017 at the Shoshone Medical Center of Kellogg. She was born August 21, 1947 in Wallace, Idaho; Shirley was the daughter of Richard and Frances (Waldecker) Fleming.

Shirley spent her early years growing up in the Silver Valley.

In 1975, Shirley was united in marriage to Gary Frank in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Shirley worked as a CNA at the Good Samaritan Society in Moscow and later for Lacrosse nursing home in Coeur d’Alene before retiring.

In her free time, Shirley most enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Family meant the most to her. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed going shopping and collecting different items.

Shirley was the kind of person to give you her last dollar even when she needed it. She was known to many as mom and grandma even though they were not her blood, they were a part of her soul. She enjoyed long drives and listening to music. Her favorite things were horses, butterflies, music, anything Indian such as paintings and wall decorations. She was a lover of many things, but mostly she loved her friends and family. We could only part with this woman, knowing God was getting the greatest of angels. So to MOM, AKA Shirley, we say we will see you again, God speed.

Shirley is survived by four children Debbie (Jack) Conklin, Eugene Rupinski, Carrie Rupinski and Kristy (Aaron) White; fourteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; her niece Colleen Thode and her nephew Kelly Hale. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gary, her sister Sharon Borders, grandchildren Ashley and Adrean, her niece Shellie Hughes and her son-in-laws Scott Garden and Jim Conklin.
