•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Dead Head patrol- Tagging vehicles for snow removal. If your car is parked on the street and has a big snow berm around it, it will be tagged for removal. Please move your vehicles so the snow plows can come and remove the snow.

•Released dog from the pound.

•Animal complaint 100 block of E. Portland. Report taken and written warning given along with copy of city ordinance for animals.

•Traffic stop E. Idaho/Thorn- verbal for headlight.

•Attempted warrant service 300 block of E. Idaho- after subject stated he wanted to file a complaint on me, he did not want to answer the door to receive a business card...turns out he has a warrant. I will be looking forward to taking his complaint.

•Traffic stop Riverside/Division. Verbal for headlight, verbal for fail to display license plates- will check tomorrow. If they are not on tomorrow, will be issuing citation.

•Parking complaint 300 block of Ohio- finally able to find vehicle owner and have them move vehicle prior to towing.

•Assisted K72 with DUI arrest.

•Possible DUI reported in Silver Mountain Parking lot towards the Rails to Trails. Contacted subjects and no alcohol was related. They were staying in the parking lot for snowboarding tomorrow. Verbal warning for their winter time driving adventure.

•Parking complaint on 300 block of Ohio St. Found owner of vehicle and had them move the vehicle.

•T-stop on 600 block of Bunker Ave. for driving recklessly and plates obstructed. Cleared DUI arrest.

•Reports.

•One vehicle crash 100 block of W. Brown- vehicle vs pole, only damage appeared to be to vehicle. Avista notified of damage to their pole. Report taken E-Impact.

•Lots of stuck drivers and slick roads.

•Traffic stop on Cameron Ave. by Dave Smith for no headlights. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop into SMC parking lot for 1 non-working headlight.

•Helped K72 get unstuck in the parking lot.

•Assisted county on with a stuck motorist up Sierra Nevada.

•Called to a domestic in the 700 block of South Division- cleared peace restored, intoxicated female was told to leave for the day.

•While on mobile patrol a few hours later on South Division, the intoxicated female returned to her vehicle and went to drive away. She attempted an unlawful U-turn across the road and crashed into the snow bank all-the-while leaving her beer on the roof of the car. A traffic stop was made- cleared D.U.I arrest.

•Called to assist Probation and Parole in the 900 block of W Cameron Avenue- Cleared arrest.

•Patrol of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Dispatched to 600 block S Division about dogs barking. Spoke with owner of dogs and extenuating circumstances made it to where they had to leave the dogs in the garage while they were gone. Cleared public assist.

•Dispatched to 700 block upper third about a man continuously yelling. Upon arrival a man was stuck and highly intoxicated. Helped subject into his house and to his bed where he remained for the remainder of the night. Cleared public assist.

•Dispatched to 600 block Bunker Ave. about man yelling in the middle of the street. Couldn’t find said subject at first but eventually found him and recommended to him that he remain indoors for the rest of the night. Must have worked cuz I didn’t hear from him for the rest of the night. Cleared public assist.

•Called to a crash in the 600 block of South Division- cleared report taken.

•Reports.

•P.O.S.T training completed.

•Completed E-Impact from crash.

•T-stop on 400 block Bunker Ave. for two stop sign violations. Cleared verbal.

•T-stop on 500 block Cameron Ave. for no tail lights. Cleared cite and release for DWP.

•T-stop on Riverside and Hill St. for not turning off high-beams for oncoming traffic. Cleared verbal.

•Assisted county on I90 49 MP for vehicle on median set up flares for 1221 and cleared scene. Cleared other agency assist.

•T-stop on Cameron and Jacobs Gulch way for no headlights at night. Cleared verbal.

•Assist K75 on 400 block Bunker. K75 found male passed out on the ground bleeding profusely. Medical requested. Cleared agency assist.

•Bar checks.

•Helped K75’s rider with his senior project by giving some ideas on how to fix problems concerning police brutality incidents and the disconnect between police and communities in some areas.

•Internet going in and out.

•Called medical for an unconscious male. Said male had a seizure while shoveling his car out and fell landing on his face. Male was transported to SMC.

•SMC called and asked if K75 could give the male that had a seizure earlier a ride home. K75 transported him back home. Male entered his apartment and a short time later wandered back out into the hallway and began to have another seizure, again falling on his face. Male transported to SMC again.

•Provided transport for some cold pedestrians.

•Foot patrol W Portland, Main St. and East Portland- BRRRRRR...

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic stop W. Mullan and Helen for fail to stop at stop sign and obstructed windows- driver cleaned off windows and given verbal warning x2.

•Report of Assault 100 block of W. Elder. Contact made with both parties. Victim signed citation for Assault. Report created. Cite and release for assault without incident.

•Assist county with report of a vehicle Eastbound I90 45 in the Westbound lane of travel. Multiple 911 calls. Went to 48 while County checked- nothing passed by my location and county was unable to locate anything- UTL.

•Courtesy transport subject from SMC to residence in Kellogg.

•Parking complaint 400 block of Helen- K73 will handle.

•SKOL 13-3.

•911 call from an intoxicated male that stated that he was lost. Said intoxicated male stated that he was walking home from Kellogg to Smelterville and now does not know where he is at. Dispatch was able to ping his phone and it showed that he was on the top of the tailings pond (Dead center mind you). K75 and K73 eventually were able to locate him. He had fallen sometime during his journey and landed on his face making his nose bleed. He refused medical and K75 transported him home. Cleared public assist.

•Bar checks... all of the bars. All was code 4... at that time.

•Traffic stop on Bunker and Cameron Ave. cleared verbal warning.

•Courtesy transport to Morning Star Lodge.

•Traffic stop on E Cameron/ Silver Valley Rd. Cleared DUI arrest. 1226 ended up running the breathalyzer as I was called to fight in progress at Dirty Ernie’s. 2nd time getting to the S.O. to run breathalyzer I was called to a suicidal subject.

•Bar fight at Dirty Ernie’s. Apparently two at the same time at same bar. Cleared peace restored.

•Traffic stop on Hill St. cleared verbal warning.

•Fight in progress/ suicidal subject on Cameron Ave.

•ATL for reckless driver. Driver was later arrested by County.

•K77 on his first day on his own he slipped and fell and had a trip to the ER, luckily nothing broken but his ego.
