| January 12, 2018 6:26 PM

On Jan. 11 at approximately 4 p.m., the Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of the Osburn Police Department, executed a search warrant on 502 Pine St. in Mullan, Idaho. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing investigation pertaining to shots being fired in the direction of occupied houses in the Pine Street area of Mullan — this had been ongoing since December.

The occupant of 502 Pine St., Kurt A. Morozko, was detained and later charged with felony and misdemeanor charges to include unlawful discharge of a firearm, malicious injury to property, drug charges and paraphernalia charges.

The Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office would like to send a special thank you to District 1 fire for their assistance in keeping our law enforcement safe during the execution of the warrant.
