0322 EMS crews responded to the Mullan area for a patient that fell on the ice outside. Upon arrival crews found patient with altered mental status and confused. Crews treated patient and transported patient to SMC for further care and testing.

0858 Fire and EMS crews responded to the Osburn area for a gas odor at a residence. Avista arrived on scene with fire dept. And found the source to be coming from the furnace. No injuries or illness.

0937 EMS crews responded to the Wallace area for a patient that is experiencing shoulder pain. Patient states she was ran over by a truck the night previous. Patient was transported to SMC for x-rays and testing.

0957 Report of a medical emergency on Ohio in Kellogg. One person was taken to SMC by ambulance

1345 EMS crews responded to the Silver Mt. base for a 13 year old boy with possible spinal injury. Crews assessed patient and conducted field test that were all negative! Boy was in little to no pain and could move all extremities. Patient was transported to SMC for further testing and treatment.

1612 EMS crews dispatched to the Shoshone Co. Jail for a possible “dislocated thumb” from an inmate. Dispatch updated crews and the canceled as it seems an ambulance was not needed!

1010 Fire crews from Mullan and District 1 on standby for fire alarm at Lookout Mt. Ski Area. Turned out to be a false alarm.

0737 EMS crews responded to MP 65 East bound for a 1 MVC upon arrival found no accident or no Pt. EMS crews cleared nothing found.

1/7/18

1501 Fire crews responded to McDonalds for an odor investigation. After further investigation, no odor could be detected on scene. McDonalds staff was told to call 911 again if the smell were to return.

1835 Report of a medical emergency on Chestnut in Kellogg. One person was taken by ambulance to SMC.

1838 EMS crews respond to Kellogg for a female Pt having a seizure. EMS crews treated and transported to SMC.

1957 EMS crews respond to the greater Osburn area for a man having stomach pain. EMS crews assess the PT but a family member took the PT to SMC.

0930 Dispatched to S. Division St. for a medical emergency. Patient assessed and transported to Shoshone Medical Center for further evaluation and treatment.

1220 Dispatched to Hill St. in Smelterville for a medical call. Patient assessed and signed refusal of transport.

0914 Fire crews responded to the Kellogg area for an unresponsive male. Patient was assessed and treated. Patient was taken to SMC by ambulance for further evaluation.

0709 Fire and EMS crews responded to the 600 block of South Division for a 16 year old male with leg pain. Patient was treated and transported to Shoshone Medical Center for further treatment.

1454 Dispatched to a female having a seizure in Pinehurst. Patient was evaluated and transported to Shoshone Medical Center by ambulance.

2206 EMS crews were dispatched to Wallace for a lift assist.

2322 EMS crews were dispatched to Woodland Park for a patient experiencing a migraine and flu like symptoms. EMS crews treated and transported the patient to SMC for further evaluation.

0554 Dispatched to New St. in Pinehurst for a possible stroke. Patient was assessed and transported to Shoshone Medical Center by ambulance for further evaluation

0905 Fire and EMS crews dispatched to Chestnut for an unresponsive female. Patient was assessed and taken to Shoshone Medical Center for further treatment.

1217 EMS crews were dispatched to Kellogg for a patient with low blood pressure. EMS crews evaluated and transported the patient to SMC for further evaluation.

1219 Fire crews dispatched to 35 Wildcat Way for a smoke alarm activation at the Idaho Panhandle Building. Some food was burnt and the odor was removed with positive pressure fan. Alarm reset and location secured.

1337 Fire and EMS responded to Highway 3 in Kootenai County for a reported car crash somewhere between Kilarney Lake and Black Lake. Crews were canceled en route after finding out that it was only a slide off and that ISP was on scene.

1416 Dispatched to Bunker Ave for a medical call. Patient was assessed and refused transport to the hospital.

1658 Fire and EMS crews responded to Chestnut for a female having seizures. The patient was evaluated and refused transport to Shoshone Medical Center.

1749 EMS crews responded to the Wallace area for a patient with a hyperglycemic episode. Crews treated the patient with fluids and transported patient to SMC for further treatment.

0823 Report of a medical on Lewiston in Pinehurst. Patient was evaluated and taken to Shoshone Medical Center by ambulance.

0827 EMS and Fire crews respond to Cataldo for a Female PT General weakness and sickness, Pt was treated and transported to KH for further care.

1347 Report of a medical on Idaho in Pinehurst. The patient was assessed and transported to Shoshone Medical Center by ambulance for further evaluation.

1353 Ems crews dispatched to the Gondola for a female Pt with a leg injury. Pt was treated and transported to SMC for further care.

1418 Fire crews dispatched to what was thought a down power line. Fire crews secured the scene until Avista arrived. Scene passed off to Avista.

1907 EMS responded to 411 Bunker for a patient with difficulty breathing. The pt was assisted and did not require transport to Shoshone Medical Center.

2318 EMS crews dispatched for a male Pt that was not feeling well. PT was treated and transported to SMC for further care.

0009 Fire crews dispatched for a Report of a power pole fire on C street in Pinehurst. Avista was called and the scene was blocked off. Stayed on scene until Avista arrived to take over.

0327 EMS crews dispatched to Wallace for a Female PT with low oxygen levels. EMS crews treated and transported to SMC for further care.

0430 Fire and EMS crews called to the Jail in Wallace for a female Pt that was having a seizure. EMS crews treated and transported Pt to SMC for further care.

1247 EMS crews Dispatched to Cameron Ave for a medical transfer. Patient was assessed and transported to Shoshone Medical Center for further evaluation and treatment.

1428 Fire crews Dispatched to I90 for a possible vehicle fire. Nothing found, all units cleared.

1800 EMS crews respond to the east end of Osburn for a Male Pt that was having a seizure. EMS crews hastily treated and transported the PT to SMC for further care.

01/14/18

0351 EMS crews dispatched to Sunny Slopes for a PT with high blood pressure. EMS crews treated and transported to SMC.

0840 Fire and EMS crews responded to Kellogg for a woman having difficulty breathing. The patient was assessed and taken to Shoshone Medical Center for further evaluation.

1110 EMS responded to Maple St. in Wallace for a patient with a laceration to leg. EMS treated and patient did not wish to be transported to hospital via EMS.

1225 EMS responded to W Osburn for a patient who fell and hit his head. Crew treated and transported to SMC.

2343 EMS responded to Pearl St. for a patient who had a laceration to their foot. EMS treated and patient did not wish to be transported to hospital.

01/15/18

0702 EMS responded to 7th St. in Silverton for a unconscious patient. EMS treated and transported to SMC.

0952 Fire and EMS responded to A St. in Smelterville for a reported garbage truck hitting a power pole. Crews blocked of the area while waiting for Avista to arrive.

1225 EMS responded to Willow Acres in Wallace for a patient with an altered level of consciousness. Crew treated and transported to SMC.

1446 Fire and EMS respond to Bunker Ave. for a fall. Patient was assessed and refused transport to the hospital.

1921 EMS responded to M.P. 68 for a man in the snow bank, law enforcement cancelled EMS before they arrived on scene.

2148 FIre and EMS responded to Silver Valley Rd. for a motor vehicle crash, with a vehicle in the river. Crews, alongside law enforcement were able to quickly extricate the patient from the vehicle. No one was injured, or transported to SMC.

1/16/18

0547 Report of a medical on Idaho in Pinehurst. The patient was assessed and taken to Shoshone Medical Center for further evaluation.

0959 Fire and EMS crews to Kingston for an extremely intoxicated woman having suicidal thoughts. The woman was transported by law enforcement to the Sheriff’s office to sober up. All other units cleared the scene.

1024 EMS crews responded to Pinehurst for a patient with breathing difficulty. EMS crews treated and transported the patient to SMC for further evaluation.

1216 Fire and EMS responded to 411 Bunker for a female with difficulty breathing. The patient was assessed and taken to Shoshone Medical Center for further evaluation.

1222 EMS crews responded to Wallace for a patient experiencing weakness and flu like symptoms. EMS crews treated and transported the patient to SMC for further evaluation.

1639 Report of a sick woman on Main St. in Smelterville. Patient was assessed and refused transport to the hospital.

1738 EMS crews responded to Lookout Pass for a patient with chest pain. EMS crews evaluated the patient and released the patient to go to SMC via POV.

1140 EMS crews responded to Lookout Ski Area for a patient with neck and back injuries. Patient refused transport.

2230 Fire and EMS crews responded to Moon Gulch for a patient with difficulty breathing. The patient was transported to Shoshone Medical Center for further evaluation.
