•T-stop on S Division by Best Shots for no headlights on. Cleared verbal.

•Warrant service 300 block E Idaho. Cleared neg contact.

•T-stop W Cameron by Eddie Joe’s for speed. Cleared verbal.

•Warrant service on 100 block Gold Ave. Appears subject no longer lives there. Cleared neg contact.

•T-stop on Jacobs Gulch Rd. into Gondolier parking lot for speed. Cleared verbal.

•Vehicle crash at Kellogg city pool. Vehicle vs immovable object....(a brick foundation). Subject fled the scene. Unable to locate the driver. Driver came in two days later to claim his truck. Cleared report taken.

•Patrolled the Snowy street of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Assisted K72 on a one vehicle crash.

•Assisted county with a call of shots fired in Kingston, RP stated people walking around with flashlights outside the home- cleared other agency assist.

•Patrolled in the snow some more.

•Civil paper service x2 (served up Moon Gulch).

•Worked on evidence and reports- updating regarding the evidence.

•LE meeting.

•Vehicle blocking roadway Station and Elm. Right as tow truck arrived, so did the vehicle’s owner. Worked it out with tow company to move vehicle and not tow it and tow was put back on top of rotation. Hazard removed.

•Caught up on pending calls that were placed to city hall- mostly civil issues that were dealt with.

•Traffic stop 200 block of W. Cameron for expired vehicle registration- verbal warning.

•Motorists assist on I-90 M.P. 48. Vehicle ran out of gas and they were waiting for someone to bring them some. Cleared public assist.

•K77 checked on the tagged vehicles. All vehicles he had on his tow list had been either towed or moved.

•Parking ticket issued 500 block of Main in Wardner.

•Citizen contact at Silver Mountain. Wanted to know if a debit card had been turned in to City Hall- advised them to contact City Hall during hours of operation, as they were currently closed and it was unknown if anything had been turned in to the front office. Necessary Action Taken (NAT).

•Patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•T-stop on Cameron Ave. into Steins parking lot for expired registration. Cleared verbal.

•T-stop on Cameron Ave into Cindy Carlson Realty parking lot for no front license plate. Cleared verbal.

•Warrant service on 100 block E Portland. Found two male subjects with FTA warrants. While K72 was escorting one adult male to his vehicle, the other male subject closed the door behind him and locked K72 out. K76 escorted first adult male to jail while K72 tried to make contact again with the second adult male with no luck. Misdemeanor warrant only, so no kicking in doors tonight. Cleared arrest.

•Dispatched to vehicle crash on Maple and 100 block E Market Ave. Cleared report taken

•T-stop on Main St. and McKinley for expired registration and fictitious plates. After speaking with driver, they were having problems transferring plates from one of their other vehicles to the one she was driving. Advised to contact DMV to get it taken care of. Cleared verbal.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Attempted to find suspicious vehicle up galena ridge. Neg contact.

•Citizen contact right outside of Eddie Joes in the early morning, states he was just checking up on a friend.

•Called to assist 1215 on a traffic stop in Smelterville but 1226 was closer- disregarded.

•Finished arrest report.

•Traffic Stop in the 100 block of west Cameron Ave. for no plates- clear verbal warning.

•Assisted K72 on a traffic stop at Hill St. and Cameron Ave.

•Follow-up on cases for other officers.

•Vehicle maintenance transporting.

•Parking tickets issues at various locations (2 in Kellogg).

•Update ISP forensics on KPD roster for evidence work.

•Landline request regarding civil issue.

•Traffic complaint possible DUI ending in the 200 block of E. Riverside. Contacted driver of suspect vehicle, NOT alcohol related. Verbal warning for improper lane change at exit 50.

•Worked on Training class prep.

•Parking complaint – NAT.

•Assisted in follow-up on other officers’ cases.

•Patrol Vehicle got new shoes put on.

•Parking tickets issued.

•Welfare check done over the phone- not completed as it did not need to be done. Miscommunication between family members.

•Patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Suspect in a vehicle crash that occurred two days earlier came into KPD to reclaim his vehicle. The male subject was cited and released for failure to notify law enforcement of an accident and duty upon striking fixtures upon or adjacent to a highway. Cleared citation issued.

•T-stop on Cameron Ave. into Lutheran Church parking lot for no plates. Vehicle ended up having a temporary registration but was very difficult to see. Cleared verbal.

•T-stop on 400 block of W Brown St. for speeding 36/25. Cleared cited for speed.

•Parking complaint at Silver Mtn. Management staff was able to handle this in house as this was one of their employees parking in a spot they weren’t supposed to. Clear NAT.

•Assisted ISP 486 on a traffic stop in the 100 block of E Portland Ave.

•Assisted county with a possible un-lawful entry up hunt gulch in Kingston, have been shots fired calls at the same residence recently- cleared other agency assist.

•Traffic stop on Railroad for no front plate. Also advised them that before they drive in bad weather, they need working windshield wipers (their wipers were operated manually- ropes attached to the wipers...it was a team effort).

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner – K74 put some miles on.

•Parking complaint 300 block of W. Mullan- there was no issue with the parking, rather a question for LE. Unfounded and assistance given.

•Possible NCO violation 700 block of W. Cameron- report taken and will be forwarded to Prosecutor’s Office. Between interviews and tracking people down, this took majority of my day.

•Found dog McKinley and Galena Ridge- dog taken into custody and returned to owner as K74 was on his way there anyway when contacted.

•Verbal warning for handicap parking at Silver Mountain (they parked the same time I did and I was able to speak with them prior to getting settled).

•Bar check at Eddie Joe’s. Code 4 for the time being.

•Provided a ride for one adult male from Eddie Joe’s, apparently male subject was about to drive and was in no shape to do so.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Finished reports.

•Dispatched to the 10 block of North Division for a male subject breaking light fixtures in the hallways. Mr. Wreck-It would not answer the door. Charges will be filled.

•Domestic disturbance 400 block of W. Brown Domestic. Parties separated and one subject cited and released for Domestic Battery and Malicious Injury to Property. Cite and release special circumstances. Also supervised child custody swap while on-scene.

•Suspicious activity 300 block N. Chestnut. Passenger in a vehicle possibly with drug paraphernalia. Conducted sweep of entire area and was unable to locate vehicle. Reporting party did not follow vehicle when it turned from Cameron Ave. onto Chestnut. Unable to locate.

•Dog at large call on Mission Ave. Was able to locate dogs owner and give a verbal warring about the their dog being at large.

•Found property (drug paraphernalia) at Silver Mountain- collected and destroyed. Public Assist.

•Called to the alley-way behind Howard Ave. for fight in progress. When I arrived on scene, parties were separated. Victim did not want to pursue charges.

•Alarm on Emerald Ln, cleared building secured.

•Trespassing on 300 block of W Cameron Ave. Performed extra patrol throughout the night.

•Called to Amy Lynn’s for verbal domestic. Cleared peace restored.

•Traffic stop on W Mullan Ave. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop on W Cameron Ave. Cleared verbal.

•Can you DIGGS it? SKOL.

•Report of a stolen ATV. Report taken. Entered into NCIC.

•Patrol of Kellogg and Wardner.

•T-stop on Cameron Ave. into Cameron Conoco for 1 working headlight. Cleared citation issued for fail to provide proof of insurance.

•T-stop on Cameron Ave. in front of Dave Smith parking lot for expired registration. cleared verbal.

•T-stop on 500 block Main St. Wardner for speeding. Cleared verbal.

•Dispatched to Silver Mtn for a parking complaint. Advised Silver Mtn on the options they have to getting that vehicle removed from their parking lot.

•K75 Recovered stolen vehicle that K77 had entered into NCIC. Owner came and recovered the vehicle. SCSO dispatcher discovered the vehicle while heading to his residence.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic stop on Frontage Rd. between Hill and Division. Cleared NAT.

•Business check at Fair-bridge Inn. Making sure the night clerk is answering his shop calls correctly.
