Kellogg native reported missing
AMERICAN FALLS — The American Falls Police Department is seeking information regarding the whereabouts of 34-year-old Miranda Corene Royer, also known as Miranda Grant. Brandon Wilkinson, AMPD Police Chief, stated that she was last seen on Jan. 9 at her apartment in American Falls and was last heard from on Jan. 11.
According to the Idaho Missing Persons Clearinghouse, Royer is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs roughly 110 pounds. She has light skin, blond hair and blue eyes. She also has a tattoo near her right ear and on her back, and scars on her left forearm, neck and right ankle.
Royer, her sister, Trisha Mosho and late mother Eunice are natives of the Silver Valley. Mosho said that her sister was born in Silverton and still has many friends and family members in the area.
She also explained that Royer suffers from mental illness and has been diagnosed with manic bipolar disorder. She has struggled with depression in the past and Mosho believes that she could be suicidal.
Royer’s daughter, Tiara Grant, told the Idaho State Journal that her mom was gone by the time she got back home from school on Jan. 9 and she has no idea where she may have gone. She added that nothing like this has ever happened before.
“I don’t know where she could be or who she could be with. I’m extremely worried about that,” Grant said. “I hope she is safe wherever she is.”
Anyone with information on her whereabouts should contact the The American Falls Police Department at 208-226-5922. A Facebook page called “Find Miranda Royer Grant” has also been set up by family members.
