NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 04/18/2018 at the hour of 11:00 AM of said day, at Shoshone County Courthouse Lobby the Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in lawful money of the United States of America, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real property situated in the County of Shoshone, State of Idaho, and described as follows, to-wit: Lot 19, Block 6, Sunny Slope Subdivision, Shoshone County, State of Idaho, according to the Official and Recorded Plat thereof.
