In response to the Shoshone News-Press front page…No easy solution…. Why can't the county implement a fee through means of fish and game? Anyone that doesn't have Shoshone County plates should need a tag/sticker renewed yearly at a fee to use our river. I'm so tired of the garbage and pure disrespect of all the Washington visitors. It really makes our taxes higher in general due to extra patrols needed and is taking away from Idaho's natural beauty. Charge them to use or fine them for parking illegally. Not to hard to figure out!
