•Firearms training at the range so that was a good start to the week.

•Patrolled Kellogg & Wardner.

•Responded to Yokes for reports of a panhandler harassing juveniles and others for money. Made contact and the individual decided it was a good idea to move on.

•Dispatched to the 400 block of Main St, Wardner for a verbal domestic. Made contact with both parties and informed the group that yelling in the middle of the street was not gonna fly. Cleared peace restored.

•Citizen contact with a male at Dirty Ernie’s Bar. Informed the individual about car problems they were experiencing (vehicle had been leaking fluid on the streets all over town). Might have been from the burn that we could hear from across town.

•Citizen contact with an individual at the Radio Brewery. Later discovered the individual was allowed at the establishment after hours.

•Business and security checks.

•Landline request reference theft of prescription. Cleared Necessary Action Taken (NAT).

•Traffic stop on hill street for stop sign. Cleared verbal.

•Called to the PD for death threats. Cleared report taken.

•Attempted contact for a landline request. Negative contact.

•Dropped car off for vehicle maintenance.

•School patrol.

•Citizen contact regarding about an indecent exposure incident. Cleared public assist.

•Land line request from a Sheriff’s Office in Kansas.

•Welfare Check from Wells Fargo.

•Vin inspection in the 700 block of Howard.

•Motorist assist on Bunker Ave. Cleared public assist.

•Covered for K75 until he cleared court.

•Attempted to locate an erratic driver on S. Division with the help of County. After searching the area, was unable to locate vehicle.

•Motorist assist on the 700 block of Main St, Wardner.

•Assisted County with a warrant service at the Community Center.

•Assisted ISP with a vehicle crash at SMC.

•Handled a landline request. Cleared public assist.

•Assisted County with a warrant service at the Amy Lynn’s Apartments.

•Assisted County with notifications to guardians on juvenile arrests from Osburn.

•Citizen contact at the city park. Juveniles were verbally warned about park hours & required bicycle equipment.

•Worked on reports & case follow-up.

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Assist county and Osburn in Osburn with vehicle burglaries. Juveniles taken into custody. Contact was made with parents/guardians in Kellogg to inform them of the arrest(s).

•Traffic stop with bicyclist W. Cameron/Cedar. Verbal warning as he turned on his light.

•Reports...that was fun as the report system wanted to freeze up multiple times.

•Up in the sky, look: It’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s Superman! No... just a guy in a superman costume walking around uptown seeing the sights. Cleared from the citizen contact NAT.

•Spoke to Juveniles about vaping in the bathrooms at school. School handled it internal. Cleared public assist.

•School patrol.

•Called to City Park for “fight club.” As I arrived on scene, kids were leaving the area. The ones that were around were told to leave the park for the rest of the day.

•Parking complaint on 300 block of E Portland. K77 took the call as it was at the end of K75’s shift.

•Spoke with several juveniles regarding curfew violations. Issued a verbal warning.

•Responded to a parking complaint on the 300 block of E. Portland. Made contact with the reporting party but was unable to establish contact with the other party. Follow-up will continue on my next shift.

•Traffic stop Railroad and lower 3rd, 2 bicyclists without lights. Advised of lighting requirements and they chose the bike path over the roadway.

•Located vehicle in alley behind Yoke’s with lights on, construction vehicle. Lights were deactivated and did not appear anything was tampered with.

•Located vehicle on Sierra Nevada Rd unoccupied. Nothing further as nobody was around. NOT a crash.

•Called to 100 Block McKinley Ave for burglary. Cleared report taken.

•Open door on empty building on Ohio/ McKinley.

•Traffic control for KHS graduation.

•Called to a possible domestic 100 block W Mission. Cleared NAT.

•Traffic stop 600 block of Bunker. Verbal for speed.

•Traffic stop Station and Elm. Verbal for equipment.

•Traffic stop Railroad and State. Verbal for equipment.

•Business alarm 3000 block of McKinley. Unable to locate any active alarms or open buildings.

•Fight in progress 100 block of W. Mission. Not a fight, verbal argument not domestic related. Parties were already separated upon arrival.

•Located a couple set of campers up Sierra Nevada. Allowed one group to stay as they were already setup and had a child sleeping. Stopped the other group as they arrived- gave ideas of locations amenable for camping.

•Business alarm 3000 block of McKinley. Unable to locate any active alarms or open buildings.

•Fight in progress 100 block of W. Mission. Not a fight, verbal argument not domestic related. Parties were already separated upon arrival.

•Dispatched to McKinley/Hill St. intersection for some people messing with the construction signs. Cleared unfounded.

•Unwanted subject at the end of W. Cameron cleared public assist.

•Land line request about a trespass. Neg contact.

•Report of a couple walking east on Cameron Ave arguing. Neg contact.

•Left arm tan looking killer already.

•Assist county with a no contact order violation.

•Traffic stop on E Cameron Ave. by Dave Smith parking lot for obstructed plates. Cleared verbal.

•Dispatched to business alarm going off on 100 block of E Riverside. Cleared building secured.

•Traffic stop in the 700 block of Cameron. Cleared verbal for speed.

•Traffic stop in the Silver Valley tire parking lot for speed. Verbal.

•Traffic stop for Unlawful right turn. Clear verbal.

•Parking Complaint in the 400 block of Mullan. Vehicle tagged for 48-hour removal (Truck on someone else’s property in alley way).

•Parking Complaint 400 block of Railroad Ave. Negative contact.

•Motorist Assist in the yokes parking lot. Public assist.

•Citizen contact reference signs saying “poison” behind 411 bunker apartments.

•Traffic stop under I90 overpass on S Division for speeding violation. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop on Market and Maple for 1 working tail light. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop on I90 on ramp from S Division for 1 headlight. Cleared verbal.

•Dispatched to Walmart to assist 1216. 1216 had detained an individual for possible shoplifting and providing false information to a peace officer. I went over to the suspects’ vehicle and found another male sleeping inside. While questioning the male individual, I observed drug paraphernalia and later found a controlled substance. Detained the other male suspect and once all done cleared other agency assist.

•Assisted county with a welfare check on W. Brown St. Individual turned out to not live at that residence anymore.

•Assisted Post Falls PD with a citizen contact on the 200 block of Main St, Wardner. Later K77 discovered the address provided to him by Post Falls did not exist.

•Dispatched to a possible burglary on the 100 block of Railroad Ave. Before arriving, suspect left the scene. With multiple units assisting in searching, we were unable to locate the suspect. Building had not been entered by suspect and nothing was missing.

•Responded to the 100 block of W. Mission for individuals jumping out in the street in front of vehicles. Spoke with a group of kids and verbally warned them.

•Conducted foot patrol on the Rails to Trails, City park, Main St. Portland, Bunker Ave., Community Center. Ohio Ave, W. Idaho ST. and conducted business checks throughout the city.

•Dispatched to burglary in progress at Excelsior Cycle. Cleared, Unable To Locate (UTL) subjects and nothing was taken.

•Tried locating runaway juvenile that was involved in the burglary in progress most of the night but was UTL juvenile.

•Traffic stop on Main Street in front of Silver valley fitness. Verbal for speed.

•Assisted K71 with a Civil Standby at 137 W Mullan.

•Welfare check 303 Chestnut. Cleared public assist.

•School patrol.
