- Franklin Robert Beck Jr, 33, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear.

- Thomas Paul Kitchen, 30, of Bonners Ferry, Idaho turned himself in for forgery.

- Dustin Lee Baldwin, 39, of Smelterville, Idaho was arrested for use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of less than three ounces of marijuana, battery and driving under the influence.
