The personal representative named below has been appointed as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative or the personal representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING KELLOGG MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kellogg Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday March 19, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. at Kellogg City Hall, 1007 McKinley Avenue, Kellogg Idaho 83837. The purpose of the hearing is to review proposed amendments to the Kellogg Municipal Code and provide a recommendation to the Kellogg City Council. The amendments to the Kellogg Municipal Code include repeal of Title 11, Land Use Regulations, and Title 12, Subdivisions, of the Kellogg Municipal Code and replace them with a new Title 11, Land Use Regulations and a new Title 12, Subdivisions. The effect of these amendments would be to provide clarification to regulations, further implement goals and policies of the Kellogg Comprehensive Plan, update regulations, and reorganize regulations.
