•Foot patrol of Kellogg Middle School.

•K74 and K73 took old drug evidence to the Idaho State Police building so it could be destroyed.

•Welfare Check on Chestnut Ave. Cleared all is code 4.

•Patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic stop on Hill St. across the street from Kellogg city park for vehicle that ran stop sign at the McKinley/Hill St. 3 way intersection. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop on 500 block Bunker Ave. for vehicle driving recklessly. Cleared verbal.

•Assist county with bar fight at the Broken Wheel. Cleared other agency assist.

•Reports.

•What a nice day out...ohh wait it’s actually a blizzard now.

•Physical domestic on W Brown St. Turned out to be a battery incident. Male arrested for battery. Cleared arrest.

•Patrol of Kellogg and Wardner....(while it’s snowing again...).

•Dispatched to I90 between M.P. 49 and 50 about male subject walking on the interstate in dark clothing almost got hit. ATL the subject but was unable to locate. Cleared UTL.

•Citizen contact at Cedar and Cameron Ave., subject stated he left West Cameron- cleared N.A.T.

•Citizen contact on Cameron Ave. next to the trail motel. Subject kept walking up and down Cameron. He stated he was staying at the trail and couldn’t sleep so he was trying to “walk himself to sleep”

•Welfare Check on West Cameron Ave. An adult female was standing on her front porch crying. When asked what was wrong, she said that her and her boyfriend have not been on good terms lately and got into an argument. Nothing criminal occurred- cleared N.A.T.

•Crash on I-90 West bound. Cleared report taken.

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Citizen contact at Cameron Conoco. They have someone stealing on video and do not want to pursue charge, just want person trespassed from all Beamis properties (all gas stations in town). Located said adult female and trespassed her from all gas stations in town. Verbal warning issued with Trespass notice given for one year.

•Report of debris on I90 at 49. I went to check all areas of I90, as it was reported to be shredded tire and found the turn-arounds are not cleared. By the time I made it back, County cleared the debris.

•Unwanted subject 400 block of W. Cameron. Subject gone on arrival, K77 made contact at Silver Horn Inn. Mr. Unwanted was trespassed from Bird Family Dental on W. Cameron as well as an address on McKinley. Mr. Unwanted then caused more problems where he was staying (Silver Horn Motor Inn). You guess it, he now was no longer wanted there as well. He had been there for 10 days and had not paid. After checking several locations throughout town, finally found somewhere he could go for the night. He will be allowed at some point to go back and retrieve his property from Silver Horn. He was not trespassed at this time.

•Landline request regarding intel that information was passed on to the appropriate personnel.

•Welfare check 200 block of W. Mullan. After going to several different locations, was able to make contact with the parties and everything is good. Personal issues only, nothing criminal.

•Welfare check 400 block of Bunker. Subject was sleeping when RP came to check on them, they will be calling the RP to let them know.

•Dispatched to 400 block S Division for a public assist for a juvenile. He apparently had some attitude issues, K74 and K72f gave him some wisdom and advice. Cleared public assist.

•Dispatched to 100 block E Portland Ave for a welfare check on a 2-year old. Cleared she was code 4.

•Dispatched to Wallace for an agency assist for Shoshone county deputy. Call was a domestic in progress. Cleared other agency assist.

•Assisted K76 at 10 block of W Mullan for kids throwing rocks at a person’s house. Upon arrival, it was determined that snow balls were being thrown. Cleared agency assist.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic stop at Gold and 2nd St. Verbal for speed.

•Traffic stop in the Dave Smith Camaro lot next to Humdinger for failure to dim. Cleared verbal.

•Foot Patrol at Kellogg Middle School.

•Served civil papers at Kellogg Middle School.

•While at Kellogg Middle School, dispatch received a 911 hangup from the school. K71 and K77 checked both buildings and the area but was unable to locate the source. School was code 4 and no one needed emergency assistance.

•Assisted Health & Welfare at Kellogg Middle School with an interview.

•Assisted Kellogg Middle School staff with a disruptive student.

•Dispatched again to Kellogg Middle School for another student being disruptive. Student was suspended.

•Tagged a vehicle for snow removal on the 500 Block of Main St.

•Worked on crash reports.

•Welfare check 100 block of McKinley. No answer at residence and no vehicles registered to person nearby.

•Assist K77 with student at Kellogg Middle School.

•Was going to assist ISP with a pursuit that was coming our way, however 662 was successful with a stinger before it made it to Kellogg.

•Extra patrol around the Dave Smith building across the street from the PD.

•Extra patrol behind Radio Brewery.

•Civil stand by in the 200 block of W. Riverside. Contacted both sides and parties will need to retrieve a vehicle that does not currently run. Requested 2 days notice if possible in order to make sure both sides are aware and everything can be setup for quick retrieval.

•Parking complaint at Silver Mountain. Vehicle was gone on arrival. Unfounded.

•Attempt to locate vehicle involved in hit and run from Kootenai Count. Unable to locate (White or gray SUV with extensive front end damage - nothing further).

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic stop at Utah and Cameron Ave. for no front plate. Clear verbal.

•Traffic stop at Chestnut and Mullan for no plates. Clear verbal.

•Called to the 300 block of West Riverside Ave. for a hit and run. Cleared report taken.

•Called to Silver Mountain for a noise complaint, party was going on in a room. Upon arrival, party had ended and they went to bed. Well so they wanted us to think anyways. Cleared N.A.T.

•Before clearing from the previous call at Silver Mountain, was advised that the front desk was calling the S.O. for a domestic in progress in the lobby of Silver Mountain. When I finally got to the lobby, they had moved to their room. Upon contacting the parties, it was determined nothing criminal was involved. Cleared N.A.T.

•Finished E-Impact on crash from the 1st.

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic stop Bunker and Beryl. Citation issued for expired registration and expired Driver’s License.

•Traffic stop 100 block of Railroad. Citation issued for expired registration.

•Assist USFS Law Enforcement on Silver Avenue in Kellogg with Timber Theft Investigation.

•Called to the Bunker Apartments for a possible suicidal subject. Cleared unfounded.

•Patrolled alleys and side streets.

•Called to Morning Star Lodge for medical emergency that was canceled. RP called 911 again for medical reasons. Cleared other agency assist.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Bar check at Eddie Joe’s.

•Business check at Morning Star Lodge and Fairbridge Inn.

•Responded to W. Mullan Ave for a snow complaint. Yes, a snow complaint. Cleared NAT

•Dispatched to 518 2nd St. for malicious injury to property. Upon arrival RP said a neighbor peppered his vehicle with rocks using a snow blower. Problem was handled civilly.

•Conducted follow-up interview at the PD.

•Assist county in Kingston. Stolen gun recovered from a Kellogg case.

•Business checks at Cameron Conoco, Morning Star Lodge, Noah’s, Fairbridge Inn, SMC.

•Courtesy transport from SMC to Bunker Apartments.

•Citizen Contact at intersection of Hill St and W. Cameron Ave.

•Residence checks.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner, city street crew did a great job clearing up the streets today.

•Assisted County with a vehicle crash on Cameron Ave. with a City vehicle.

•Conducted a welfare check on a juvenile at Kellogg High School. Individual was code 4.

•Foot patrol at Kellogg Middle School.

•Patrolled Kellogg & Wardner.

•V.I.N inspection at Kellogg City Hall.

•Dispatched to a female walking in the middle of roadway. Established contact with female and had family members pick her up.

•Responded to an agitated male at the Health and Welfare Building. Male was asked to leave the premises and he later complied.

•Assisted Dave Smith Motor with a tracker trailer on Cameron Ave. The trailer’s load shifted to one side and almost tipped the rig on its side in the middle of the street. I blocked the roadway, conducted traffic control until Dave Smith’s re-secured the load on the trailer.

•Attended a meeting at the Kellogg Middle School.

•Dispatched to McKinley Ave for harassment call. Cleared report taken.

•Felony warrant arrest on ab adult male. Cleared warrant served.

•Bar check at Dirty Ernie’s.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Foot Patrol at Kellogg Middle School.
