THURSDAY, MARCH 15

•Keith Charles Baylor, 31, of Paplo, Mont. was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, not having a valid license, and being a fugitive from justice.

•Joseph Montgomery Nelson, 18, of Mullan, Idaho was arrested for driving without privileges.

•Tabatha Jayne Nelson, 23, of Pablo, Mont. was arrested for use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and being a fugitive from justice. •Alexia Rose Pierre, 19, of Charlow, Mont. was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of less than three ounces of marijuana.

FRIDAY, MARCH 16

•Alithea Annmarie Brown, 23, of Helena, Mont. was arrested for a felony charge of failing to appear.

•Julie Ann Orton, 34, of Osburn, Idaho was arrested for two counts of felony failing to appear.

•Dennis Michael Carlson, 64, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for driving under the influence and having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle.
