SAVE Coalition foster parent and CASA event from 5-6 p.m. at the SMC outreach program, 9 Country Club Drive, Pinehurst. Learn about requirements for becoming a Foster Parent or CASA, and ways that YOU can have a positive influence on children’s lives.

THURSDAY, MARCH 22

Story time at the Osburn Public Library from 11 a.m. to noon, 921 Mullan Ave. For ages 0-5. Singing, crafts, stories and snacks. Event reoccurs every Thursday.

Osburn VFW meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the VFW Hall, Fourth Street, Osburn.

FRIDAY, MARCH 23

Live music with Pamela VanKirk from 6-8 p.m. at the Snake Pit.

Live music with Larry Myers from 8-11 p.m. at Noah’s Canteen, 610 Bunker Ave., Kellogg.

Rodrigo Garciarroyo accompanied by pianist Richard Dowling at 7 p.m. at United Church of Christ Congregational, 406 Cedar St., Wallace. Sponsored by Shoshone County Community Concert Association and the Piatigorsky Foundation. Open to everyone without charge.
