•Traffic stop on Hill St. next to the basketball courts for no front license plate. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop on 200 block W Cameron Ave. for speeding. Cleared verbal.

•Business checks at Dirty Ernie’s, Cameron Conoco and Morning Star Lodge.

•Patrol of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic stop on 100 block E Idaho for speed. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop on 100 block of Station St. for no turn signal. Cleared verbal.

•Warrant arrest on Andrew Thompson for FTA. Cleared arrest.

•Recovered some meth that was found at Steins grocery. Will see tomorrow if Steins was able to get video footage of who dropped the meth. Sooooooo...If you lost your meth at Steins in Kellogg, please come claim it. Cleared report taken and meth placed into evidence.

•Dog was left abandoned tied to a power pole at the top turnout on Wardner. Dog was placed into pound and looking into possible animal cruelty charge against the person who left the animal, and yes, we know who it is.

•Traffic Stop on Cameron Ave. in front of the Cameron mall. Cleared verbal.

•Patrolled at Kellogg Middle School.

•Patrolled Kellogg & Wardner.

•Issued parking citation on N. Division near Dave Smith’s.

•Verbally warned an individual of a parking violation on Emerald St. RO said he would remove it from the street.

•Dog at large. Was unable to capture dog, so I went to get some dog treats and by the time I got back, the owner had already come picked up the dog.

•Vehicle accident 300 block of W Mission. Resulted in an arrest of the person for having a suspended license and no insurance. Cleared arrest and report taken for accident.

•Conducted a V.I.N. inspection at 400 block of W. Mullan Ave.

•Handled a land line request. Individual was inquiring about some city ordinances.

•Dispatched to a domestic at the 500 block of W. Park. Parties where separated and cleared peace restored.

•Equipment retrieval in CDA- new equipment.

•Evidence work.

•Verbal domestic 500 block of W. Park. Parties separated (parties that were separated were NOT domestic related). Peace restored.

•Welfare check/Business Check at Bank CDA. Subject requesting check as they were not answering the phones when called. Business was busy and they were unable to answer the phone. Subject requesting check must have hung up before roll-over to CDA branch for answering. Public assist.

•Motorist assist I90 eastbound exit at bottom of 51. Subject had tow on the way. Advised oncoming shift to check prior to dark to assist if they haven’t been towed (children in vehicle). Public assist.

•While on motorist assist, came across another broken down vehicle in the area. Dave Smith vehicle died while driving and they were working on getting it moved.

•Patrol of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic stop under I90 overpass on S Division for speed. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop under I90 overpass on S Division for white light to the rear. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop on 100 block of Station St. for no head lights on at night. Cleared citation issued for suspended license.

•Dispatched to 300 block of W Cameron for trespassing issue.

•Called to the 300 block of W Cameron Ave. for a possible trespass. Unfounded.

•Traffic stop in the Yokes parking lot for no headlights on. Clear verbal.

•Landline request for damaged vehicle from Interstate. Referred to ISP as it did not happen in Kellogg. ISP advised if it was under $1500, no response was necessary and person should contact their insurance company. Information relayed.

•Assisted County at SMC for a male claiming to have multiple emergencies, turns out he was just cold. He then left without incident.

•Stopped a fight before it started at Dirty Ernie’s.

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner. Snow came back today....so there’s that.

•Traffic stop 200 block W. Cameron. Verbal for speed on 300 block of E. Cameron.

•Traffic stop on Hill at City Park. Verbal warning for obstructed license plate (mud). Also made owner/operator aware of a possible wiring issue with vehicle. When using turn signals, backup/reverse lights on both sides flash as well as brake lights. They will check vehicle upon return home.

•Checked out vehicle 2000 block of McKinley. Tagged for 48-hour removal. Dispatch attempted contact with registered owner and voicemail was left. Owner called back later and stated they were in the process of getting vehicle moved.

•Suspicious person at Teeters Field on the bleachers. Male subject was resting. Advised he could not sleep on the bleachers and was given directions to the bike path towards Walmart (trying to get to CDA).

•Attempt to locate juvenile signed runaway (county). Subject was later found and is back with guardians. ATL canceled.

•Released a dog from the pound (county intake).

•Citizen contact at KPD for questions regarding trespassing someone. This would be in Kootenai County. Phone number provided.

•Report of an adult female lost on Main St. highly intoxicated. Gave her a ride to Silver Mt. parking lot where boyfriend was waiting.

•Bar check Noah’s. And the snowball effect begins...

•When leaving Noah’s, noticed that the adult female from before and boyfriend were now in a heated conservation about how she got to uptown Kellogg. K75 gave said female a ride to Hunt Gulch.

This is where she decided to get verbal with the male half’s mother. Was no longer allowed to stay there until son arrived so female half decided to walk it off and leave. Refused ride to a hotel/motel to rest for the night. Cleared public assist.

•Citizen contact at City Park. Male was walking in circles and passing motorist was concerned. Male was code 4 and is passing through, myself and K74 have made contact with him prior this week.

•Responded to 100 Block of Main St. for a possible code 37 on a male hanging out near the businesses. Turned out to be the individual KPD dealt with over the weekend. Male was asked to move along and he did. Cleared NAT.

•Walk in report of unlawful entry and puppy theft. Happened in Smelterville. Had him contact County when he arrived back home in Smelterville.

•Vandalism at Amy Lynn’s, no damage was actually done. Cleared NAT.

•Called to Rose Ave. for fender bender. Cleared report taken.

•Took dog into the pound from County.

•Business check at Cameron Conoco, Morning Star Lodge and Dirty Ernie’s.

•Courtesy transport from SMC.
