Roger Lloyd Fulton, 86, of Kellogg, Idaho, passed away April 23, 2018 at Mountain Valley of Cascadia of Kellogg. He was born August 28, 1931 in Lead, South Dakota; Roger was the son of Earl and Leone (Orr) Fulton.

A Celebration of Roger’s Life will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 11:00 AM. at the Kellogg Funeral Chapel of Kellogg. A reception/luncheon will be held at the Kellogg Elks following services.
