- Michael Dean Boley, 37, of Smelterville, Idaho is in custody for witness intimidation and an outstanding warrant for contempt of court.

- Nickelous Brent Clark, 27, of Cataldo, Idaho was arrested for driving under the influence. Clark has since been released.

- Rebecca Ann Rutledge, 34, of Rathdrum, Idaho was arrested for violating her probation.

- Thientoan P Uong, 32, of Albuquerque, NM is on hold from the State of Colorado for burglary.

- Gayanne Amy Windedahl, 47, of Smelterville, Idaho turned herself in for violating her probation.

SATURDAY, MAY 5

- Wyatt Barry Sadler, 23, of Mullan, Idaho was arrested for reckless driving. Sadler has since been released.

- Terry Lee Warren, 60, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for aggravated assault.
