•Dispatched to 3 dogs running at large on 2nd St. Located the dogs & the owner and gave a verbal warning.

•Citizen contact with two juveniles on Upper 3rd St. The two were parties involved in some vandalism the day prior. Guardians were contacted and handled the situation.

•Checked & secured public buildings throughout Kellogg.

•Provided a courtesy ride back home for an individual who was brought to SMC by ambulance.

•Emphasis in residential areas including construction sites and alleys.

•County picked up 2 German Shepherds from Kingston. K77 placed in the pound.

•Courtesy transport from SMC to a residence in Kellogg. K77 provided transport.

•Foot patrol everywhere with K75.

•School patrol.

•Released two dogs- the German Shepherds.

•Found dog at large this morning, found owner.

•Called to 500 block of McKinley Ave. for a runaway. Juvenile wasn’t a runaway. Left to avoid more confrontation with his father. Was able to contact juvenile with help of K75. Cleared, public assist.

•Assist K76 with runaway. Subject was code 4 and not runaway. Cleared, agency assist.

•Foot patrol on Main, McKinley, Mission, Mullan, Cameron, Hill St. and Division.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Fraud case from Dave Smith. Cleared, report taken.

•Patrolled Kellogg & Wardner.

•Conducted building checks throughout the city.

•Dispatched to a child abuse case at a daycare facility. Interviewed reporting party, victim and report was generated. More follow up will be needed.

•Assisted county with a warrant arrest on Thorn St.

•Responded to Sunshine Bar for two males sitting outside being disorderly (intoxicated) and using profanity around children. Individuals were done on arrival.

•Issued verbal warning to a juvenile attempting to ride a wheelie on their motorcycle on Railroad.

•Citizen contact on bike path 2000 block of McKinley. Actually came across someone walking/riding very late. Nothing nefarious taking place, but contact was noted.

•Assisted county with warrant arrest on Thorn at Riverside. Subject was eventually located inside the vehicle that was stopped (hiding). Taken into custody without incident.

•Possible overdose on 2nd St., Kellogg. After contacting parties, it was more of a theft of medications and medications were returned. Victim did not want to pursue charges for the theft. Information report created.

•Foot patrol at Amy Lynn’s and E Idaho. Also, on Cameron, Mullan and Riverside.

•Citizen contact regarding issue in Pinehurst. Deputy was called.

•Called to the 400 block of Browne for a Child at large. Shortly after call dad found child.

•Called to High School for runaway child. Child was a runaway from 400 block S. Division. Cleared, misdemeanor arrest.

•Civil standby 100 block legion. Cleared, public assist.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Foot patrolled... everywhere.

•Citizen contact. Landline made cleared public assist.

•Traffic stop at the 300 block of W. Cameron for the vehicle not having its headlights turned on. Gave a verbal warning.

•Dispatched to Sunshine Bar for a male being disruptive in the parking lot. Upon arrival, discovered the male entered the motel portion of Sunshine Bar and was attempting to sleep. After searching the motel, male was located. K74 transported him to the jail, placed him on a detox hold and trespassed him from Sunshine. Return of steel reserve man.

•Conducted a welfare check on a female living on the 400 block of Chestnut. Later discovered the female was ok.

•Checked the Community Center on Bunker Ave. when I observed someone standing inside the building near the gym. Turned out to be the custodian just waiting for their ride.

•Dispatched to a 911 hang-up on the 700 block of McKinley. After arriving, K74 and I discovered the reporting party no longer lived at the residence. Dispatch was able to locate another address outside of Kellogg and the call was handled by the Sheriff’s Office.

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic stop W. Mullan Ave and Division. Verbal for headlight.

•Assist Osburn with detox from Gene Day Park. Transported belongings as they would not fit in their vehicle.

•911 hang-up/open line. Conversation in background sounded like verbal argument, but nobody speaking with 911. Last in-house records showed 700 block of McKinley. Contacted residents there and phone/subject now lives in the county. Referred to other agency for welfare check.

•Called to 716 Main in Smelterville for verbal domestic, male half barricaded himself in the house. LEO’s talked male out of the house without incident. Determined it was verbal only. Cleared, other agency assist.

•Called to the laundromat on Riverside Ave. for trespassing complaint. Verbally trespassed one male, cleared public assist.

•Called to 300 block of E Idaho for juvenile calling 911 reporting people pounding on the door. Subject was code 4 and neighbor said two girls approximately same age was knocking on the door. Cleared unfounded.

•Animal complaint 100 Block Legion. Chased dog to 400 block of McKinley Ave. and verbally warned dog for dog at large.

•Animal complaint at Trail Motel, while following dog owners made contact and picked up the dog. Cleared verbal warning for dog at large.

•Suspicious circumstance at 300 block W Riverside. Cleared NAT.

•Aggravated Assault 300 block 2nd St. Cleared, felony arrest.

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg and Wardner.

•Traffic stop Hill St. at the park. Verbal for speed.

•Traffic stop 600 block of Bunker. Verbal speed.

•Traffic stop 800 block of Bunker. Verbal speed.

•Traffic stop bicycle 300 block of W Cameron. Verbal, no light after dark.

•Suspicious persons 200 block of W. Cameron. Gone on arrival and nothing disturbed.

•Pedestrian lying down on the interstate near 50-51. Checked area and unable to locate. Checked all exits into and out of Kellogg unable to locate.

•Traffic stop on Hill St for 1 headlight. Cleared, verbal.

•Dispatched to I-90 off ramp from Division St about a male laying down in the middle of the road. Cleared, unfounded.

•Traffic stop on Hill St. under I90 overpass for running stop sign at the top of Hill St./McKinley. Cleared, verbal.

•Dispatched to Cameron Ave. by the Cameron Conoco for two intoxicated male subjects acting belligerent. Upon discovery, it was Steel Reserve man! As always, it was a pleasure trying to deal with him while he was highly intoxicated. Cleared, verbal warning for public nuisance.

•Conducted BAC tests to seniors for PROM night. Everyone passed, way to go seniors!

•Welfare check at 300 block W Mullan. Cleared UTL

•Traffic complaint at Galena Ridge. Cleared, verbal warning.

•Traffic stop 3000 block McKinley for speed. Cleared, verbal warning.

•Patrolled Kellogg and Wardner.

•Called to the Amy Lynn’s for a possible warrant. They did not want to come out and play.

•Patrolled Kellogg in the thunder storm.

•Traffic stop on N Division by Stovern’s Supply for stop sign violation. Cleared, verbal.

•Dispatched to Osburn for County Assist for suicidal subject. Female agreed to go to the hospital to get evaluated. Provided transport. Cleared, informational report taken.

•Report of a stolen cell phone at the Amy Lynn’s. What different about this call is that the suspect call the police first and then the victim called. Report taken.

•Took on Thanos, yeah that didn’t go well.

•Dispatched to dogs running at large on the 1500 block of McKinley. Located the dogs and was able to recover only one. Contacted the owner and they later recovered both dogs.

•Conducted traffic stop on Presley St. for failing to yield at intersection. Cleared verbal warning.

•Spotted an open door on a building located on the 300 block of Main St. Cleared and secured the building.

•Dispatched to a disturbance at the 200 block of Flume St. Upon arrival, discovered it was just one highly intoxicated individual attempting to enter an empty apartment. Individual was later transported to the jail and placed on a detox hold (Nope, this was not Steel Reserve man.)

•Report of a commercial burglary alarm going off on the 400 block of W. Cameron Ave. (State Farm Insurance). Located an unlocked door and searched the building with the assistance of a county deputy. Was unable to locate any force entry or anyone inside.

•Conducted foot patrol throughout Kellogg checking on residence and commercial buildings.

•Welfare check for the high school. Cleared, negative contact.

•Took a report of property damage in the city park and interviewed suspected parties. Cleared, report taken.

•Boot (aka K76) officially has been here for a year and still can’t grow facial hair.

•Patrolled.

•Traffic stop on wildcat way for excessive acceleration/speed-Verbal.

•Traffic stop on Railroad Ave for no front plate. Verbal.

•Attempted to locate a dog at large. Cleared UTL.

•Called to the 200 block of Mullan Ave for two brothers fighting. Turns out one brother called his mother a not so nice name and the other brother decided to be not so nice to him. Cleared NAT.

•Called to a possible runaway on State St. Juvenile was located before I arrived. Called back soon after because when told he was to stay in the house he left anyway. Said juvenile was located and transported back to his house.

•Report of a motorcycle and a car racing up Wardner. Was unable to locate.

•Smelly rottweiler was on the lose again. This time he smelt better but the slobber was unreal. Taken to the pound and later released to owner.

•Landline request about a possible location of a wanted subject. Info was checked on and subject was not at the location.

•Dispatched to the 100 block of W. Mission for dogs barking. Made contact with the reporting party and was made aware of the issue.

•Detoxed Steele Reserve Man again (This time at 11 a.m.).
