Brenda Armstrong, Realtor

Brenda is a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty and has been a full time agent for twelve years. Brenda worked for the Shoshone County Sheriff's Of ce for twenty one years and enjoyed working for the people of Shoshone County but decided it was time to make a career change and was excited to become a realtor.

Brenda and her husband Sid have been Silver Valley residents for over forty years. She enjoys running, camping along the North Fork of the Coeur d'Alene River with her family and friends and is an active member at St. Rita's Catholic church.

Brenda works hard for her clients and appreciates the  exibility and lasting relationships being a realtor has created in her life. “It is a ful lling job and many of my wonderful clients have also become friends.” Brenda has earned the Circle of Excellence award for several years, is an active board member of the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors and was a Director on the Coeur d' Alene Multiple Listing Service for eight years.
