Karen Hulstrom – Broker-Owner ABR, CRS, GRI, RSPS

Karen Hulstrom has been a resident of the Silver Valley since 1989.

She is the Broker and Owner of Silver Legacy Realty in Kellogg. Karen is committed to providing professional service to her clients and customers. She continually furthers her education to better serve her clientele. Karen has obtained the following National Association of Realtors professional designations: Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Counsel of Residential Specialists (CRS) in addition to receiving the Circle of Excellence Award for many years. She has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) award, is the 2009 REALTOR® of the Year for the Coeur d'Alene Association of REALTORS®and has earned the Resort & Second Home Property Specialist Certi cation (RSPS).

She has served on the Professional Standards Committee of the Coeur d'Alene Association of REALTORS ® for the past 20 years, served for many years as Director of the Coeur d'Alene Multiple Listing Service and Association of REALTORS®.

In addition Karen has served on the Historic Silver Valley

Chamber of Commerce board and is currently Past President.
