TUESDAY, MAY 15

- James Edward Tubbs, 22, of Spokane Valley, Wash. is on hold from Kootenai County.

- Dale Eugene Fisher, 41, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for violating his probation.

- Jared Michael Wiley, 37, homeless, was arrested for criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 16

- Stefanie Ellen Coe, 26, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for driving under the influence (excessive, felony). Coe has since been released.
