THURSDAY, MAY 24

•Derek Wade Fernquist, 38, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for battery.

FRIDAY, MAY 25

•James Todd Israel, 22, of Great Falls, Mont. was arrested for burglary, malicious injury to property and petit theft.

•Billie Jo Schaff, 47, of Missoula, Mont. was arrested for driving under the influence (out of state- misdemeanor). Schaff has since been released.

•Robert William Wheeler, 37, of Kingston, Idaho was arrested for violating his probation (felony).

SATURDAY, MAY 26

•Joseph G. Dale, 24, of Big Sky, Mont. was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without privileges (out of state).

•Victor Ray Allen Hill, 24, of Osburn, Idaho was arrested for driving without privileges (resident) and driving without insurance.

SUNDAY, MAY 27

•Mohammed Othman Alghamdi, 22, of Cheney, Wash. was arrested for driving without privileges (out of state) and possession of less than three ounces of marijuana. Alghamdi has since been released.

•Kyle Chase Bacon, 31, of Phoenix, Ari. was arrested for driving under the influence. Bacon has since been released.

•William Joseph Newell, 62, of Wallace, Idaho was arrested for two counts of lewd conduct with a child under 16 and failing to register as a sex offender.
