NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Mullan is seeking public input on the City of Mullan Wastewater Facilities Plan. A presentation summarizing the findings of the plan will be given during the regularly scheduled Council Meeting to be held on June 12, 2018 at Mullan City Hall, 112 Terrill Loop; said meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. The main purposes of the public presentation are to: Explain the wastewater collec- tion system rehabilitation alternatives addressed in the facilities plan including estimated costs and the potential environmental impacts of each alternative; explain the funding options available to the City and potential financial impact on the public; and solicit verbal and written comments from the public regarding the alternatives under consideration. A copy of the plan will be available at City Hall for review immediately after the meeting. Written comments will be accepted until June 29, 2018.
