- Tori Lynn Applegate, 36, of Post Falls, Idaho was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Kootenai County.

TUESDAY, OCT. 30

- Marie E Carey, 32, of Spirit Lake, Idaho was arrested for driving under the influence (excessive, misdemeanor). Carey has since been released.

- Peter Anthony Clinton, 50, of Kingston, Idaho was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

- Bradley Adam Evans, 33, of Woodland Park, Idaho was arrested for domestic battery.
