MONDAY, OCT.1

- John Charles Magera, 50, of Osburn, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear. Magera has since been released.

TUESDAY, OCT. 2

- Skippy Ray Davis, 64, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for battery.

- Joseph Darrin Lewis Jr, 33, of Dickinson, N.D. was arrested for possession of a non-prescribed drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without privileges (misdemeanor- out of state). Lewis has since been released.

- Shaun St. Clair McLain, 31, of Minneapolis, Minn. was arrested for drug trafficking in marijuana and possession of greater than three ounces of marijuana.

- Sarah Sapp, 27, of Wenatchee, Wash. was arrested use or possession of as schedule II controlled substance, possession of a non-prescription drug, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and being a fugitive from justice.

- Travis Earl Timme, 29 of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for violation of a no contact order.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 3

- William James Ashton, 50, of Whitefish, Mont. was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance and manufacturing/delivering/possessing a controlled substance.

- Timothy Karl Constenius, 23, of Kalispell, Mont. was arrested possession of greater than three ounces of marijuana.

- Jason Michael Cuchine, 38, of Butte, Mont. was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, eluding an officer, destruction of evidence, possession of less then three ounces of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Shane Nelson Kulpinski, 37, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for violating his probation.

- Roger Glen Nelson Jr, 21, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for rape.

- Steven Ross Tylor, 34, of Bowling Green, Ky. was arrested for being a fugitive from justice.

- Zachariey Allen Weaser, 18, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for aggravated battery and possession of less than three ounces of marijuana.
