KELLOGG – The Kellogg Photography and Community Gallery (KPCG) will be showing the premiere of two new winter sports films from Teton Gravity Research (TGR) to be held at the gallery section of the Silver Valley Chamber of Commerce office.

The films, Far Out and Ode to Muir, will be presented in succession later this month and early next month on October 25 and November 8, respectively.

“Ski films prior to ski season are a quintessential part of ski town/mountain culture, so I'm excited to bring the films here for that reason,” KPCG proprietor Nathan Dugan said. “TGR films are some of the best out there, so the quality and swag will be top notch. We're playing the movies on a 150-inch screen in full HD, and that will be somewhat unique for the area.”

The event will also be shown in an intimate setting, which will be unique for the area as only a select amount of people will be available.

“Normally, you'd have to go to Spokane or Coeur d’Alene to see a film premiere like this, and you'd be sitting with a lot of people around you,” Dugan said. “Our showings will have a VIP feel to them since we're limiting tickets to 50 or fewer.”

As ticket quantities are very limited, and advanced purchase is highly recommended.

Tickets can be purchased in person from Dugan by contacting the Chamber Office or by visiting him at the Silver Valley Farmers’ Market on Thursday evenings, at the Farmers’ Market booth.

Tickets are also available online through the Facebook event page.
