Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Grant Activities The City of Osburn is submitting a proposal to the Idaho Department of Commerce for an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) in the amount of up to $500,000.00. The proposed project is for the construction of the second phase of the Shoshone County Fire District #1 Emergency Services Facility. The hearing will include a discussion of the application, scope of work, budget, schedule, benefits of the project, how ICDBG funds will benefit low- and moderate-income persons, and location of the proposed project. The application, related documents, and ICDBG Application Handbook will be available for review. The hearing has been scheduled for Monday, November 5, 2018, 6:30 PM at Osburn City Hall, 921 E.
