THURSDAY, SEPT. 13

- Tra Quinten Boggs, 22, of Cut Bank, Mont. was arrested for drug trafficking in marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and having an open container in the vehicle.

- Eric John Bruhn, 24, of Minn. was arrested for trafficking in a controlled substance.

- Nichole Marie Pecor Odell, 30, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for violating her probation (felony).

FRIDAY, SEPT. 14

- Ryan Patrick Richards, 38, of Kennewick, Wash. was arrested for failing to appear (felony).

SATURDAY, SEPT. 15

- Michaeleen Rae Herron, 45, of Huson, Mont. was arrested for a contempt of court warrant.

- Mark Ray Pennington, 24, of Cataldo, Idaho was arrested for violating his probation (felony), possession of less than three ounces of marijuana and use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

- Patrick Wayne Simmons, 26, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child.

- Joshua Paul Ullrich, 37, of Osburn, Idaho was arrested for violating a no contact order.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 16

- Taylor William Bircher, 23, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for possession of heroin, use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of less than three ounces of marijuana and use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

- Terri Lynn Moore, 55, of Lewiston, Idaho was arrested for driving under the influence (excessive) and having an open container in the vehicle. Moore has since been released.

- David Michael Vargas, 43, of Tucson, Ariz. was arrested for driving under the influence (out of state, misdemeanor).

- James Lukas Young, 31, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for driving under the influence.

- Jennifer Wheeler, 35, of Smelterville, Idaho was arrested for Violating her probation.
