William “Bill” Talley, 57

William “Bill” Talley, 57, of Old Cavern Highway, Carlsbad, NM, passed away Sunday, September 16, 2018 at his home.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Friday, September 21, 2018 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel with Brian McGonagill officiating. Interment will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery, Carlsbad, New Mexico. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Bill was born April 14, 1961 in Wallace, Idaho. He graduated from John Mullan High School in Mullan, Idaho. Bill married Daisy Tutor Amora October 25, 2005 in Elko, Nevada. He worked in the mining business his entire career, most recently working with Intrepid Potash in Carlsbad, NM. Bill was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth P. Talley and brother, Walter Talley.

Survivors are his wife, Daisy Amora; daughter, Savanna Willer and husband, Justin; son, Rayvon Michael Talley; grandchildren: Tiffany, Pearl and Justin, Jr.; mother, Barbara James; brother, Chuck Talley and wife, Vanita; sister, Grace Massie; brother, John James numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Chuck Talley, Luke Talley, Randy Creighton, Terry Anderson, Steve Elliott and Raymond Pacheco. Honorary pallbearers are John James, Wayne Massie and Mike Younger.
