THURSDAY, SEPT. 20

- Desiree Margarete Beach, 18, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for grand theft.

- Pail Jayson Bernhardt, 39, of Smelterville, Idaho was arrested for possession of a schedule II controlled substance, Possession of less than three ounces of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Kaci Lynell Spencer, 21, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use and driving under the influence. Spencer has since been released.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 21

- Tiffany Jeanette Stevenson, 25, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear. Stevenson has since been released.
