Shoshone County Sheriff's Office wanted felons and misdemeanors

WALLACE – The Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office currently has more than 1,000 active warrants.

Most warrants for contempt or failing to appear may be taken care of by contacting the court and/or paying the unpaid fines.

If anyone knows the location of a wanted person, they can contact their local law enforcement agency or the Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office at 208-556-1114.

Information is organized by name, age, last known city of residency, charges and bond amount.

Felony:

- Maria Cruzan, 33, Pinehurst, Idaho.

Grand theft, $7,500.

- Janita Marie Spencer, 52, Kellogg, Idaho.

Fail to appear for sentencing x2, $50,000 x2.

Misdemeanor:

- John Charles Magera, 50, Mullan, Idaho.

Fail to appear for drivers license violation, $300.
