#2 failure to appear for sentencing, $50,000.

•Robert Allan Everett, 30, Smelterville, Idaho.

Failure to appear for status conference, $50,000.

Misdemeanor:

•Bradly Patrick Rasmussen, 20, Osburn, Idaho.

Failure to appear for DUI, $2,000.
