MONDAY, APRIL 15

- Robert Allan Elisoff, 57, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for false 911 calls and obstructing or resisting an officer. Elisoff has since been released.

- Jessy Allen Groth, 33, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence.

- Nicole Lea Monopoli, 36, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence.

TUESDAY, APRIL 16

- Mysti Nicole Lange, 41, of Longview, Wash., was arrested for unlawful use/possession/delivering/manufacturing a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Lange has since been released.

- Dustin Lee Baldwin, 40, of Moscow, Idaho, was arrested for violating his probation.

- Ronald Lloyd Stack, 69, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for assault.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17

- Franklin Ray Stout, 38, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear (felony).
