The Contractor must have a current ICP license from the Panhandle Health District prior to receiving Notice to Proceed. Much of the existing McKinley Avenue roadway is underlain with concrete and/or reinforced concrete. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates apply. STATE TIMBER SALE CR300662, CRAWDAD A public oral auction will be conducted at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 1806 Main Avenue, St. Maries, ID 83861, at 9:00 a.m. local time, on Monday, May 6, 2019 for an estimated 6,820 MBF of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of forest products that may be removed at the option of the purchaser.
