The Contractor must have a current ICP license from the Panhandle Health District prior to receiving Notice to Proceed. Much of the existing McKinley Avenue roadway is underlain with concrete and/or reinforced concrete. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates apply. STATE TIMBER SALE CR300662, CRAWDAD A public oral auction will be conducted at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 1806 Main Avenue, St. Maries, ID 83861, at 9:00 a.m. local time, on Monday, May 6, 2019 for an estimated 6,820 MBF of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting.
