Kellogg Middle School 2019-2020 registration information
Students in grades 6-8 new to the Kellogg School District (students who were not enrolled at Pinehurst or Canyon at the end of the 2018-2019 school year), will register in the Kellogg Middle School office on Tuesday, Aug. 20 from 9-11 a.m. Parents are asked to please bring a copy of their child’s birth certificate and updated immunization records.
Students in grades 6-8 who are returning to the Kellogg School District will register in the KMS gym on Wednesday, Aug. 21 during the following sessions: 9-11 a.m., 1-3 p.m. or 5-7 p.m. All incoming seventh-graders are reminded that they are required to show proof of receiving their TDAP booster and meningococcal immunizations. Heritage Health will be present at registration on Aug. 21 to administer needed immunizations.
Students will be able to sign up for fall sports and purchase any of the items listed below during their registration day. Please note the following changes to the KMS activities policy: Seventh and eighth-grade athletes will be required to have a physical exam before participating in athletics and ALL KMS athletes (grades 6-8) will be required to show proof of medical insurance.
The activity card and transportation fee are required for students participating in athletics, band, choir, Lego League and History Day. The yearbook fee is optional.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled registration day, please call the KMS office at 208-784-1311 to schedule a different time.
Incoming 6th graders are invited to Move-In Day on Thursday, Aug. 29. Students will have the opportunity to get acquainted with staff, go through an abbreviated school day, and have some fun with our leadership students. The day will start at 8 a.m. and will end at 11:20 a.m. We hope to see the entire sixth-grade class.
District Bus Transportation will be provided.

- Canyon Elementary School: 7:05 a.m. and 12:25 p.m.
- Cataldo across from the Post Office: 7:20 a.m. and 12:10 p.m.
- Kinston Exxon: 7:30 a.m. and noon
- Pinehurst Elementary School: 7:40 a.m. and 11:50 a.m.
- Smelterville Park: 7:50 a.m. and 11:40 a.m.
