- Ryan Scott Morris, 41, of Osburn, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear. Morris has since been released.

- Andrew Michael Scannell, 71, of Wallace, Idaho was arrested for driving under the influence.

•John Henry Baker, 37, of Mullan, Idaho was arrested for violating a protection order.

•Mckee Alexander Maralt, 19, of Missoula, Mont. was arrested for possession of LSD, possession of less than three ounces of marijuana and use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

•Patrick Wayne Simmons, 27, of Pinehurst, Idaho was arrested for attempted strangulation.
