Donald Trump's Presidency

I feel the personal need to write this letter to the editor about a separate opinion that I read. This opinion was titled Most Corrupt President Ever. This person then goes on to state false facts that have absolutely no truth behind them just like every single house democrat in the current impeachment trials.

If Donald Trump is the most corrupt president that the United States has ever had, why is America’s gross domestic product (GDP) at an all time high? Not only has Mr. President done that, but we are also at a 3.6% unemployment rate when it has been over 4% for over a year. Our economic growth has increased 4.2% in the last quarter which is an insane amount of money, and he has been able to have our NATO allies to spend $69 billion more towards safety and defense.

He has strengthened our foreign military, our border patrol, and also has saved us from many treaties that were hurting America more than helping. Deals such as the terribly one sided Iran deal, and the Paris Climate accord which was killing new jobs from being made. He has pushed forward billions of dollars to fight the opioid epidemic in America, the median household income is at the highest level ever, and has kept open Guantanamo Bay.

I feel it is important that people know the facts about our president before making false claims and spreading them to the uninformed.
