CALL FOR BIDS - PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION CITY OF WALLACE WALLACE SWIMMING POOL RENOVATION PROJECT The City of Wallace, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, is soliciting sealed bids for the following public works construction project: Wallace Swimming Pool Renovation Project. Sealed bids must be received by the City of Wallace, c/o Kristina Larson, City Clerk, 703 Cedar Street, Wallace, Idaho 83873 by hand delivery, mail or courier service on or before Thursday, January 16, 2020 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., at which time bids will be opened and taken under advisement by the City Engineer for review and recommendation to the City Council. Public Notice of Accreditation Visit The Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) will perform a comprehensive accreditation visit to North Idaho College (NIC) on April 15-17, 2020. The purpose of the visit is to evaluate NIC's compliance with NWCCU accreditation standards and policies. During the visit, an NWCCU peer evaluation team will be meeting with students, faculty, staff and NIC Board of Trustees. Prior to this evaluation visit, members of the public may provide comment on NIC's qualifications for accreditation. To be considered, all comments must be signed and delivered to NWCCU thirty days prior to the visit (March 16, 2020). NIC's Mission Fulfillment and Sustainability (year seven) Self-Evaluation Report will be submitted to NWCCU prior to February 15, 2020 and will be posted on NIC's website prior to the evaluation visit. SHOSHONE COUNTY, IDAHO BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO VACATE AND ABANDON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE SHOSHONE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS will, at a meeting to be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the Board of County Commissioners, hold a public hearing on the petition presented by Tri-State Consulting Engineers, Inc. to vacate and abandon a portion of Potlatch Road in excess of a 100' corridor, measured 50' each side of the existing centerline from the intersection with Calder Road east to the eastern boundaries of Parcel No. 45N02E015200 and Parcel No. 45N02E120700, lying in Sections 1 and 12, Township 45 North, Range 2 East, B.M., Shoshone County, Idaho.
