•Please everyone give a warm welcome to the new guy, K78!I know, I know he looks young in this photo, but it was the best one we could get!

•Notification received that detoxed person was being released. Worked on setting something up to ensure the arrival onto the bus to continue West.

•Worked on reports/evidence.

•Unwanted subject at McDonald’s. End up not being the person released from detox, this was another person that K76 dealt with. While there we did find the detoxed person and I gave him a ride to WalMart where he was looking to hitch-hike.

•Paperwork to courts.

•Citizen contact at Gondolier regarding ongoing investigation, information passed along to investigating officer.

•Landline request regarding in-custody information, referred to the jail for that information.

•LL regarding crash outside of city limits. Cleared refer to other agency.

•Called to 100 block W. Idaho for attempted unlawful entry. Snow was falling off and hitting another metal roof shaking the house and making a loud noise. Cleared public assist.

•Patrolled.

•Mobile patrol of Kellogg.

•Assisted K75 with suspicious activity on W. Idaho Ave.

•Dispatched to Yokes for a fraud. I was able later on to locat the suspect. Investigation is still on-going.

•Patrolled.

•Landline request regarding an abandoned house being broken into, Secured said house with K71.

•Contacted about possible fraud.

•Called to SMC for unwanted subject. Subject was there for PC hold, but was also intoxicated. Placed individual on a detox, cleared other agency assist.

•Traffic stop Railroad and Elm for equipment. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop on Hill and Bunker for equipment. Cleared verbal.

•Citizen contact at Cameron Conoco, possible drunk driver. Upon speaking with the individual, clear negative.

•Possible suicidal subject with firearm from Mineral County. Cell phone pinged to Kellogg area. Located subject had pawned his firearm prior to my contact and provided a pawn slip. Subject was not suicidal, spoke with him for quite some time. Cleared public assist.

•Suspicious vehicle Cameron Conoco. Driver was taking a nap from his trip to Seattle, cleared Necessary Action Taken (NAT).

•Flagged down by concerned citizen. Individual was passed out in their vehicle at Dirty Dog Saloon. Subject did not feel comfortable driving so he decided to sleep in the car. Subject was okay and bartender provide a safe ride home.

•Patrolled

•Called to the 300 block of McKinley for a traffic Hazard, hazard was removed.

•Called to the 400 block of Bunker for a harassment complaint. Clear NAT.

•Called to yokes for a report of more vouchers used.

•Traffic stop on Cameron for equipment. Cleared verbal.

•Traffic stop on Hill St. for equipment. Cleared verbal.

•Patrolled.

•Called to a kidnapping in progress, however, after being given the vehicle description we were able to locate the parties involved. It was a false alarm and was unfounded. Cleared public assist.

•Called to a citizen contact in the IGA parking lot. Referred to other agency.

•Reports

•Assist county with a felony arrest in Kingston. Cleared as soon as scene was safe.

•Report of a domestic on Mission Ave. Located half of the parties involved, the other party left out the back door as I was walking into the front door. Subject that stayed was intoxicated and very uncooperative. Cite and release for Mar Para. Not a domestic.

•Welfare check on Cameron Ave. Subject hadn’t been heard from in a couple of days. Checked house, power turned off and mail in mail box dating back to October. Subject no longer lives there.

•Patrolled Kellogg.

•Contacted a pedestrian in the roadway at the intersection of Oak St. & E. Portland Ave. Cleared, verbal warning.

•Traffic Stop at the intersection of Ohio Ave & Main St. Cleared, verbal warning for no headlight on bicycle.

•Traffic Stop at the 200 block of McKinley Ave. with a vehicle unable to maintain lane and committing multiple moving violations. One female was taken into custody for driving under the influence. Cleared, misdemeanor arrest.

•Evidence work.

•Patrolled.

•Civil standby at Silver Mt. Canceled before my arrival.

•Dispatched to a report of a possible drunk driver on I-90 eastbound. Initiated a traffic stop at I-90 eastbound milepost 51 with a vehicle matching the description unable to maintain lane. The driver was not intoxicated. Cleared, verbal warning for failure to maintain lane.

•Conducted follow-up on an active case.

•Traffic Stop at the intersection of W. Cameron Ave. & Chestnut St. Cleared, verbal warning for failure to signal.

•Traffic Stop at the Hill St. I-90 on-ramp (violation occurred in the city). Cleared, verbal warning for obstructed plate.

•Contacted the driver of a suspicious vehicle in the Silver Mountain parking lot. Cleared, unfounded.

•Traffic Stop at the intersection of Mission & Sunset. Cleared, verbal warning for multiple violations.

•Traffic Stop at the Bunker Ave. I-90 eastbound on-ramp (violation occurred in the city). Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

•Traffic Stop at the 400 block of Main St. Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop and failure to signal.

•Report work.

•Called to a van following a person yelling at them. It was a couple arguing about repairs to the house and the male half walked out to cool off and the female half followed in a van. Cleared peace keeper/marriage counselor.

•Traffic stop Hill St and Cameron. Cleared verbal speed.

•Stationary radar on Bunker Ave.

•Packers can suck some cheese!

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg.

•Paperwork to court for in-custody.

•Open door at a residence with extra patrols requested on E. Portland. Family of the owner of the residence was contacted and they will be by this afternoon in order to close the door. Nothing looked out of the ordinary and this was relayed to the family.

•Assist county with a burglary in progress lower Page. Located three suspects in basement. Cleared assist.

•Patrolled.

•Traffic stop on Chestnut for equipment. Cleared verbal.

•Assist county with in progress burglary. Cleared other agency assist.

•Took dog into pound from resident in Elizabeth Park. Cleared public assist.

•Patrolled Kellogg

•Traffic Stop at the 200 block of W. Cameron Ave. Cleared, citation issued for driving without privileges.

•Traffic Stop at the 600 block of Bunker Ave. Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

•Contacted a pedestrian waving at the patrol car to check if they needed help at the intersection of Kellogg & S. Division St. Cleared, unfounded.

•Traffic Stop at the 10 block of N. Hill St. for multiple incomplete stops. One male was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (methamphetamine), trafficking (marijuana), possession of paraphernalia, and open container. Cleared, felony arrest

•Patrolled Kellogg.

•Dispatched to assist County with a burglary in-progress in the area of Lower Page Rd. Two suspects were taken into custody. Searched the area for one fleeing suspect. Cleared, other agency assist.

•Evidence and report work.

•Traffic Stop at the 600 block of Bunker Ave. Cleared, verbal warning for incomplete stop.

•Traffic Stop at the Milepost 50 eastbound off-ramp with a vehicle traveling the wrong way on the off-ramp. Cleared.

•Verbal warning.

•Called to Hill St. Conoco for front door alarm. Cleared building secured.

•Called to SMC for fight in progress. K77’s mushroom man was at SMC for “odd behavior.” Man became combative and punched the doctor several times in the face. Staff was able to subdue the suspect prior to my arrival. He was later taken into custody without further incident.

•Mobile patrols of Kellogg.

•Paperwork to court for in-custody.

•Attempt to locate possible DUI on the interstate coming from the 67ish area. Unable to Locate.
