K77 helped him find his hotel room and turned him over to family members. A big thank you to the gentleman who picked this guy up. Probably save his life with it being sub-zero temperatures outside.

-It was a busy week in the local Facebook “news pages” Silver Valley Classifieds and Rants and Raves. The place to get all the facts. YES that was sarcasm.

-Suspicious person/activity W. Mill and Main. Female subject got into a vehicle not her own. After extensive searching, unable to locate subject/not allowed into an apartment where she was believed to be. Subject was identified with the help of others and K75 will be following up with charges.

-Car burglars work neighborhoods during the night, often in quick moving teams, checking parked cars for unlocked doors. And no neighborhoods are immune. Please lock your cars.

-Complaints about the snow and how city plow guys plow them in. The snow has to go somewhere and somewhere is the side of the road. Yes, that means driveways, side streets and alleyways get berms. Most of these berms are removed later when they plow said areas. It would be great if they could open up all driveways, but that would be very time consuming. If they were opening up driveways, they would not be plowing streets in a timely manner. It’s a no win for the plow guys. On a side note, don’t let snow berms build up around your cars. I really don’t like towing them for snow removal.

-Put a dog in the pound.
